Where is the hotel located?

We are located at the heart of the hustle and bustle of Gunwharf Quays, just a short walk from Spinnaker Tower and Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard.

What time are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3.00pm and check-out is at 11.00am.

What time is the restaurant open for Breakfast?

Weekdays from 6.30am to 9.30am and Weekends from 6.30am to 10.30am.

Where is the nearest petrol station or supermarket?

The Jet Petrol Station in Southsea is 0.9 miles away. 

Do you cater for vegans or gluten-free?

We do cater for most dietary requirements including vegan and gluten-free. Please ask your server before ordering your food.

Is there free parking?

Yes, parking is in the main Gunwharf Quays Car Park and it is complimentary for the 1st 24 hours and £2 for every other 24 hours for overnight guests. Guests attending a meeting have discounted parking, for more information please contact us.

Can I check-in late at night or very early in the morning?

Check-in is from 2.00pm onwards and Reception is open 24/7, earlier check-in cannot be guaranteed. Please call and speak to the hotel reception who can advise if this is avaiable for your stay.

Do you have internet access?

Yes, we do have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Is there a hairdryer in all rooms?

Yes, all bedrooms have a hairdryer.

Do you have an ironing board?

Yes, we can provide an iron and iron board upon request.

Does your hotel have a lift?

Yes, we have lift access to all floors.
